Do less.

You may notice in a time of excess information, it’s a challenge to take action.

So don’t add more.

Consider ridding all of the excess that causes more uncertainty and overwhelm.

Jumping haphazardly from one fitness app to another becomes
Going for a 30 minute walk outside

Learning a new mindfulness “hack” to boost your mood becomes
Connecting with a loved one.

Tracking calories relentlessly becomes
Eating slowly, and stopping when satisfied - not stuffed

Consuming volumes of content to learn how to optimize biometrics becomes
Getting to bed a little bit earlier than usual.

This is a key skill which I learned is required to cultivate mindfulness:

You improve when you become less distracted, not when you add more artifices.

When things become more complex or you become overwhelmed…

Simplify.

What’s ONE thing you will focus on today to improve your health?
